which you can make great things out of: Weckmänner, Easter bunnies, rolls, etc.
Spread the flour on the work surface and make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into this well, add the sugar, and mix with a little lukewarm milk. Let the pre-dough rise for about 10 minutes. Melt the margarine and let it cool. Then add it to the dough and add the remaining milk, salt, and egg. Mix everything together until you have a smooth dough and let it rise until it has doubled in size. You can then shape the shaped bread into many different things or add various ingredients to it. For example, you could make gingerbread men, Easter nests, buns, rolls with chocolate pieces, letters and numbers, etc. (see also the recipe for sweet shaped bread). Bake at 200°C until golden brown. Be careful, it will still rise a lot on the baking tray!
