Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g honey
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g butter or margarine
- ½ pack of gingerbread spice
- 500 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions

Heat the honey, sugar, butter (or margarine), and gingerbread spice in a saucepan, stirring constantly (do not boil!), until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Pour half of the mixture into a bowl. Add the egg and honey mixture. Mix everything with a dough hook until a smooth dough forms, then work in the remaining flour mixture with your hands. Form into a ball and wrap in cling film. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before using.
