  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • Baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop a ripe avocado into small pieces and mash it with a fork in a deep dish. Immediately drizzle the mixture with lime juice, season with salt and pepper, add a drop of olive oil, and the chopped cilantro. Mix everything well. If you don’t want to eat it right away, add the avocado pit to keep the mixture nice and green. It tastes best on toasted baguette.
