Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 elderflower heads
  • 2 lemons
  • 750 g sugar
  • 10 liters of water
  • 1 shot of apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the lemons and combine all ingredients in a large container. Stir in the sugar thoroughly. Cover and let stand in a warm place or in the sun for 4-5 days. Stir occasionally. Then strain and bottle. Store in a cool, dark place for at least a week. I like to bottle the elderberry punch in plastic bottles. This way, there are no unpleasant surprises with cracked bottles.
