Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slice(s) of mixed bread, 50 – 60 g each
- 50 g tomatoes
- 200g tofu
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- n. B. Herbs, Italian
- some soy sauce
- 60 g cream cheese, 0.2%
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the cream cheese with Provençal herbs, if desired, and spread it on the bread slices. Slice the tofu and brush with soy sauce. Season with herbs, if desired. Add a little sunflower oil to a pan and fry the tofu slices until crispy and golden brown. Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and season with soy sauce, herbs, and garlic. Place the tofu slices on the cream cheese, then top with the tomatoes. A delicious, healthy breakfast or dinner, low in calories and long-lasting satiety!
