simply fresh and super delicious!

First, peel the banana and cut it into large pieces. Set aside 6 thin slices. Set aside some of the mint. Then, place the banana pieces in a tall container with the milk, the remaining mint, the ice cream, the yogurt, the vanilla sugar, and the honey. Blend until smooth using an immersion blender. Then pour into a highball glass and, if desired, scatter the remaining banana slices and the mint over the shake. Fitness tip: You can replace the ice cream flavors with crushed ice if you like. The main thing is to keep it nice and cool and refreshing.
