Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g Ebly, cooked
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 8 cherry tomatoes or date tomatoes
- 1 tbsp corn kernels, drained
- 1 tsp pesto
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Simply mix everything together. You can also add more vegetables (peppers, cucumber, etc.), but I find that overpowers the flavor of the individual ingredients. For me, this is the perfect mix. Since this salad is also quite filling, you can also have it for lunch.
