Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 boiled potato, approx. 110 g
  • 1 ball of light mozzarella
  • 4 spring onions
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olives, black
  • 2 olive oil
  • 2 white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 water
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 tsp Italian spice mix
  • 1 dashes sweetener, liquid
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a grilled side dish – starter – small snack

Wash the spring onions, remove the roots, and slice into small rings. Cut the potatoes, tomatoes, and mozzarella into equal cubes. Add the olives and set aside. Mix the dressing in a bowl. Finely chop the basil and add it to the dressing. Finally, pour the dressing over the diced vegetables and let it sit in the refrigerator for another hour.
