Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- e.g. spinach, fresh
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 300 g herb cream cheese
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- e.g. Parmesan, grated

Finely chop the garlic, wash the spinach, and also chop it finely. Ready-to-eat frozen spinach can also be used. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the pan. Briefly sauté the spinach and garlic over low heat. Now add the cream cheese and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Season to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese after serving. Pasta is the best accompaniment to this dish.
