Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 jar olives, green
  • 1 jar olives, black
  • 400 g mozzarella, mini
  • basil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the tomatoes. Drain the olives and mozzarella. Add them to a salad bowl with the tomatoes. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a dressing. Mix everything together and season to taste. Let stand for 1 hour.
