Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bell peppers, red, green and yellow
- 4 bulb(s), firm
- 240 g rice
- 4 tsp mayonnaise (salad cream)
- lemon juice
- curry
- salt and pepper
- sweetener
- Chives, in rolls
- Parsley, finely chopped
- cress
- some salad
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cook the rice according to the instructions, but not too soft. Finely dice the bell peppers and pears and mix with the cooked rice. Mix the salad dressing with lemon juice, curry powder, salt, pepper, and sweetener and gently toss with the salad. Let it sit for about an hour. Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with herbs.
