Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g banana(s), in pieces, frozen
- 30 g chickpeas
- 12 g hazelnut flour
- 5 g cocoa powder
- 1 rusk, vegan
- 1 butter biscuit(s), vegan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Grind the rusks and shortbread into fine crumbs. Place the banana pieces and chickpeas in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Halve the nice cream and mix with the hazelnut flour and cocoa powder. Pour the cream into a bowl and top with the biscuit crumbs.
