Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g yogurt (fruit yogurt, e.g. peach-passion fruit)
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 50 ml cream
  • 80 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

(Ice cream machine)

Mix the two types of yogurt with the sugar and then combine with the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. After about 30-40 minutes, the ice cream is ready – it tastes very fruity and refreshing! You can use yogurt with any solids content – ​​the higher the fat content, the creamier the ice cream will be.
