Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 apples, red
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 celeriac
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 1 sprig(s) parsley
- Salt
- Pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the apples, quarter them, and remove the cores. Then dice the quarters. Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Wash and cut into approximately 1 cm long strips. Trim and wash the celery and cut into approximately 3 cm long pieces. Place the vegetables in a bowl. For the marinade, mix the mayonnaise and white wine. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and fold in. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle into glasses. Garnish with egg quarters and sprigs of parsley.
