Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 250 ml milk
  • Beat 4 eggs, including the egg whites, until fluffy

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare a dough with 200g flour, 100g sugar, 100g butter, 1 egg, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, and 1/2 packet of baking powder. Prepare the cheese mixture with 750g low-fat quark, 150g sugar, 4 egg yolks, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder, 1/4 liter of milk, and 4 egg whites (beaten until stiff). Spread the dough over the bottom and sides of a greased springform pan. Pour in the cheese mixture and bake for about 60 minutes at 180-200°C (electric oven) or 150-160°C (convection oven).
