Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 125 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 125 g ham, raw, diced
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 1 dash of sweet cream
  • 1 pack of puff pastry, ready-made product from the refrigerated section
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Brown the ham and onions. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the cheese and cream. Season with salt (a little!), pepper, and paprika. Add the ham and onion mixture. Place the puff pastry in a springform pan, forming a rim. Pour the filling into the pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
