Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 dl water or broth
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Divide the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and slice the stems. Finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Then fry the ground beef until crumbly and brown. Briefly fry the tomato paste, then add the cauliflower, fry briefly, and deglaze with water or stock. Simmer until the cauliflower is tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika.
