Potatoes with kohlrabi and chicken

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 2 carrots
  • 150 g chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • ½ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Baby food 10 to 12 months

Baby porridge for 10 to 12 months. Peel the potatoes, carrots, and kohlrabi and cut into approximately 1 cm cubes. Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and also cut into approximately 1 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Gently fry the vegetables and meat over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Deglaze with 1/2 liter of water, bring to a boil, and simmer covered for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. The quantities given are for one adult and one baby. Tip: You can also make several portions at once and freeze them in portions. Ice cube trays are ideal for this. Once the porridge is frozen, place it in freezer containers.
