Mashed potatoes with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cucumber(s)
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 250 g beet(s) (butter beet)
  • 100 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • ¼ liter of tea (peppermint tea, weak)
  • 6 tbsp rapeseed oil

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Baby food from 5 months

Wash and peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and remove the seeds (this is easiest with a teaspoon). Cut it into chunks. Wash, peel, and finely dice the potatoes and beets. Rinse the turkey breast, pat dry, and cut into strips. Bring everything to a boil in the peppermint tea, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cucumber and rapeseed oil and puree with a hand blender. Freeze in portions. Ice cube trays work well for this.
