Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 500 g white cabbage, fresh, sliced
  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • n. B. Sauce (Garlic Cream)*

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan and sear the peppered and salted chops for 3 minutes on each side. Remove the chops. Add the shredded cabbage and season with salt. Deglaze with white wine and stir once.
