- 1 apple
- 500 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Baby porridge without sugar, vegetarian, vegan
Peel the apple and boil it in a pot with water until the pieces are soft. Then puree the apple with a blender or hand blender until it becomes applesauce. Let it cool slightly and offer it to your baby.
