Strawberry salad with feta and Moroccan mint

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, fresh
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 bunch of fresh Moroccan mint
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, very good quality
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • Fleur de Sel and freshly ground pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces and the feta into small cubes. Finely chop the mint. Place everything in a bowl. Add the olive oil—it’s better to use more than a little—and season with lemon juice and plenty of pepper. Just before serving, add fleur de sel, if desired. Enjoy with white bread and a delicious white wine.
