Arugula and strawberry salad with mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 2 handfuls of strawberries
  • 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a delicious salad for strawberry season

Wash and hull the strawberries and arugula. Cut the strawberries and mozzarella into small pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients (preferably with a blender) and stir everything thoroughly. Serve with whole-grain bread.
