Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, waxy, cooked with skin
  • 3 red onions, sliced ​​into rings
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Quark – oil – dough with onions and rosemary

Knead together the quark, oil, milk, about 0.5 tsp salt, 300g flour, and baking powder. Place the dough in a greased or parchment-lined baking dish. Spread with tomato paste and season to taste. Slice the potatoes, then arrange them on the dough with the onions and rosemary. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes. This recipe is for a round baking sheet; for a square one, double the amount of dough.
