Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel and grate the potatoes. Add the egg, flour, sour cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix everything together. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet or into greased pizza pans. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (convection oven) for about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the dough from the oven. Spread the Pomito on top and add the toppings. The broccoli should be placed on the pizza in small florets. The other toppings should be distributed over the base in small cubes or slices. Finally, sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Tip for WW users: The dough is worth 4 points per person. Note: Instead of vegetables, a topping of ham and onions also tastes good.
