Strawberry skewer on salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 150 g mini mozzarella with basil
  • 200 g leaf lettuce from the refrigerated counter or self-assembled
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper, colorful
  • Herbs to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the strawberries and remove the stems. Wash the tomatoes and drain the mozzarella. Thread the strawberries, mozzarella, and tomatoes alternately onto skewers. Wash the lettuce and spin dry. For the dressing, combine the yogurt, vinegar, honey, and mustard and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve with the skewers.
