Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g iceberg lettuce
- 200 g strawberries
- 150 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil (olive-orange oil)
- 4 pinch(s) pepper, mixed
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash the iceberg lettuce, spin dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, and place in a bowl. Rinse and wash the strawberries, then halve or quarter them depending on their size. Add to the salad. Dice the feta and add it as well. Mix everything well and season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and mixed pepper.
