Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small apple
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 75 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil, peel, and quarter the eggs. Coarsely grate the carrots. Thinly slice the apple. Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, and parsley. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. 241 kcal per serving.
