Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 m.-large kohlrabi
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- ¾ liter meat broth, also cubes
- Salt
- pepper
- 3 Bockwurst
- Parsley
- mashed potato powder

Peel and finely chop the kohlrabi, chop the small, tender leaves, and dice the peeled potatoes. Sauté the chopped onion in hot fat until translucent, add the vegetables and potatoes, and pour in the broth. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until soft. Stir in the mashed potato powder to thicken the stew. Slice the sausages, add them to the stew, and let them simmer without cooking. Garnish with chopped parsley.
