Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g white cabbage, finely sliced
- 50 g apricot(s), dried, chopped
- 75 g raisins
- 4 spring onions, cut into rings
- 1 bell pepper(s), green, pitted, cut into strips
- ½ bunch radishes, finely sliced
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- Sea salt and black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the white cabbage, apricots, raisins, spring onions, bell peppers, and radishes in a salad bowl. Mix together the yogurt, mustard, garlic, and honey, and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and fold in.
