Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g herring fillet(s)
  • 60 g anchovy fillet(s)
  • 30 g capers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ apple
  • 250 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Spread for the party buffet

Finely chop the herring and anchovy fillets. Also chop the capers and onion. Grate the apple. Mix all ingredients well and chill in the refrigerator. It’s a hit at any party buffet!
