Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 20 olives
- 1 class jar Miracel Whip, small
- Lemon juice, some dashes
- Tabasco, some dashes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes
Place the pizza dough (you can, of course, make your own, but it tastes even better) on a baking sheet and divide it into small squares of about 10-12 cm. Remove the oil from the tuna and mix it well with the chopped olives, the jar of Miracle Whip (you can also use mayonnaise), and a few squeezes of lemon and Tabasco (careful, it’s hot!). Spread the filling diagonally onto one half of the pizza squares, pull the free corner over the filled one, press the edges together slightly, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes (follow the dough manufacturer’s instructions if necessary). These squares are also perfect for a buffet or for unexpected guests.
