Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 pinches of salt and pepper
- some oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil

for tortilla chips, rolls, etc.
First, chop the tomatoes and puree them. Finely chop the garlic clove and finely dice the onion, and add both to the tomatoes. Now add the oil (you can use other oils, but olive oil tastes best). Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano, and/or other spices. Tip: For the perfect dip, I recommend refrigerating it for about 30-60 minutes.
