Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g cheese, Turkish or feta cheese
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- a little salt and pepper
- possibly olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Tomato salad with Turkish cheese
First, wash and slice the tomatoes. Then arrange them on a large plate. Leave enough space between each tomato for the cheese. Slice the cheese and place it in the spaces. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, season with salt, and pepper. You can also add olive oil if desired.
