Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 50 g tartar
- 50 g minced turkey
- 20 g onion(s), finely diced
- 2 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
- 40 g corn
- 40 g bell pepper(s), finely diced
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
- 2 tsp, heaped sour cream
- 1 tbsp garlic chives, finely chopped
- some lettuce leaves
- 60 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finger food
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the tartare and turkey mince until crumbly, then add the onion and fry. Add the passata and season. Then reduce the heat and add the bell pepper, corn, and garlic chives. Do not let it boil any further; the bell pepper and corn should remain crunchy. Stir in the sour cream and season again if necessary. Spread the mince sauce over the lettuce leaves, sprinkle with grated cheese, and roll up. Tip: If the lettuce leaves are rather small, simply serve open.
