Wrap with minced meat without carbohydrates
Dice the onion, carrot, and zucchini as finely as possible, then fry them in a pan. Press in the garlic cloves (the amount can be varied according to taste). Add the minced meat to the pan and fry everything until the minced meat is cooked through and browned. This takes about 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, for the salad vegetables, dice the tomatoes, bell peppers, and feta cheese and arrange them in piles on a board. Carefully remove individual large leaves from the iceberg lettuce; this is where everything will go later. Season the roast with salt, a little pepper, and a generous amount of gyro seasoning to taste. If you have lemon salt or a squeeze of lemon juice at home, you can add this to give the dish a bit of freshness. To serve, place the vegetable board, the pan, and the cream cheese on the table. Don’t forget the napkins—it’s finger food, after all. To prepare the salad, place the lettuce leaf on the plate with the opening facing you, spread the cream cheese on the inside, then fill with the minced meat, tomatoes, peppers, and feta cheese. Finally, carefully hold everything in your hands, perhaps roll up the top edges of the leaf a little to make it more like a wrap, and… bite into it. Dairy products naturally contain some carbohydrates, but not nearly as much as, for example, flour tortillas.
