Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g low-fat curd cheese

Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
without flour, enough for 8 rolls
Dissolve the stevia tablet in 1 tablespoon of hot water. Peel the garlic cloves, cut them into small cubes, and crush them with the back of a knife until mushy. Separate the eggs, add the salt and baking powder to the egg whites, and beat until frothy. Whisk the garlic puree, paprika powder, stevia, and quark with the egg yolks until frothy. Use a stand mixer to assist you in these two steps. Now fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture using a silicone spatula (Schlesinger). This will retain the air bubbles in the foam and keep the batter light and fluffy. Divide the batter into 8 portions on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the rolls on the middle rack at 150°C using top/bottom heat for approximately 25-30 minutes until golden brown. The rolls are now ready to serve. Note that the garlic can also be replaced with herbs such as parsley, dill, and many more.
