Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g mixed leaf salad or lamb’s lettuce
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 small onion(s)
- 80 g salami, cut into thin slices
- 2 bread dumplings
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper

simple autumn and winter salad
Clean and wash the lettuce leaves, and drain well. Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut into strips. Peel, halve, and slice the onion. Cut the salami into strips. Arrange the lettuce leaves on two plates. Arrange the bell pepper, onion, and salami on top. For the dressing, peel and finely chop the garlic clove, mix well with the vinegar and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad. Cut the bread dumplings into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Fry in hot oil in a pan until crispy on both sides. Remove from the pan, cut in half, and arrange on top of the salad while still warm. Serve immediately.
