Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g beans, white
  • 50 g flour
  • 15 g baking cocoa
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 g baking powder
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g light cream cheese
  • 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 80 g cherries or other fruit
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

For the base, wash the beans thoroughly and puree them. Then mix 20g of the flour with the cocoa powder and baking powder. Add 1 egg white. Mix this with the beans and season with sweetener. Pour the mixture into a small springform pan. For the cream, mix the remaining ingredients except the cherries, season with sweetener, and pour into the greased and lined pan. Lightly press the cherries into the batter. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes. Cover the pan with aluminum foil during the 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and let the cake cool in the warm oven. It’s perfect as a breakfast for fitness-conscious people, even when dieting. You can hardly taste the beans if the amount of sweetener is just right.
