Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 4 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 jars of celery, grated
  • 2 cans pineapple, in pieces
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 4 apples, e.g. Boskop
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim and wash the leeks and cut them into thin rings. Drain the celery, pineapple, and mandarins. Peel and core the apples and chop them into small pieces. Combine the mayonnaise and cream, then gently mix with the remaining ingredients and let it marinate.
