Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 lean pork schnitzels
- 100 g bacon, streaky
- 2 onions
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Spread the schnitzel thinly with mustard. Mix the paprika with the flour and toss the schnitzel in it. Let it dry slightly. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the finely diced bacon and onion, remove from the pan, and set aside. Brown the schnitzel in the remaining fat, then finish cooking over low heat. Return the onion and bacon to the pan and heat briefly. Serve the schnitzel with the bacon and onion. Serve with fried potatoes and salad.
