Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 90 g oat flakes
- 300 ml water
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 3 dates, pitted
- 100 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 orange(s)

a fruity and delicious breakfast
For the porridge, bring the water for the oats to a boil and pour it over the oats. Add the lime juice and agave syrup. Stir everything together and let it rest for at least 10 minutes. For the carrot sauce, peel the carrots and chop them into small cubes. Add the dates, oat milk, vanilla powder, and chia seeds. Mix everything until you reach the desired consistency. Then divide the porridge between 2 bowls, pour the carrot sauce over the top, and garnish with orange segments and pomegranate seeds.
