Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g bread(s) from the previous day, cut into very small cubes
- 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- a little pepper
- 3 chicken breasts (approx. 140 g each), cut into pieces
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the bread and chives in a bowl. Pour the flour into a shallow dish, beat the eggs in a deep dish, and season. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then coat in the egg and breadcrumb mixture. Press the mixture down firmly and place on the baking sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C. Serve with salad, dipping sauces, or potatoes.
