  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil, neutral
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tsp mustard (fig mustard)
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, instant
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious with hearty salads

Combine everything in a dressing shaker and shake well. Season with salt and pepper. Pairs perfectly with lamb’s lettuce and goat cheese.
