Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 12 radishes
- 50 g smoked ham (fine ham), mild
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- 2 slices of cheese (wasabi cheese)

easy and fast
Wash and trim the radishes. Dice the ham. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Quarter the whole-grain bread slices and place them on a flat plate. Fry the ham, onion, and garlic together. When the contents of the frying pan are almost perfectly browned, place 2-3 slices of wasabi cheese on top and let them melt slightly. Then pour everything over the bread. Add a radish for the finishing touch, and enjoy the others simply on their own. Delicious!
