Bratwurst burger with cabbage, quick and delicious, juicy

First, fry the sausages in a little oil in a pan until crispy. Cut open the rolls, hollow out a little, and spread with margarine if you like. Place the sliced cheese on the bottom half. Then add 1-2 leaves of iceberg lettuce. Next, place 3 sausages on top of the lettuce. Thinly slice the tomatoes and place them on the sausages. Place 1-2 good forks of cabbage on top. Press everything down well. Mix the sour cream with a little salt, pepper, and cream. If you like, you can also add paprika and garlic. Spread the sour cream on the cabbage, about 2 tbsp. Lastly, add remoulade and ketchup. Done! A high-calorie sin, but one that’s quick and easy if you prepare it well.
