Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 150 g spelt flakes
  • 100 g almond sticks
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast the oats, spelt flakes, almond slivers, sunflower seeds, and desiccated coconut in a large pan without fat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the flakes and seeds are lightly browned and fragrant. Stir in the cocoa powder and cinnamon and mix thoroughly. Drizzle with honey and continue mixing. Delicious with compote, applesauce, yogurt, or milk. Can be stored in storage containers.
