Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 burger buns
  • ½ kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 18 slice(s) of gherkin(s)
  • 1 dash of ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • some garlic
  • 6 slice(s) of tomato(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

First, roughly dice one of the two onions and fry it with the minced meat. While the minced meat is cooking, cut the buns in half. Place the bottom half of the buns in a suitable baking dish. The minced meat should now be half cooked. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup, and garlic. While the minced meat is finishing cooking, preheat the oven to 180°C. Now slice the second onion and prepare the tomato and cucumber slices. Place the onion rings on the burgers. Spread the cooked minced meat evenly on the buns. You can also add it to the spaces between the buns. Place the tomato, cucumber, and cheese slices on top and cover with the bun lids. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
