Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g salmon ham or lean ham cubes
  • 100 g cream cheese

Instructions

Chop the salmon ham with a knife. Place the pieces or cubes of ham and the cream cheese in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth. In a Thermomix, 30 seconds on speed 10 is sufficient. Scrape down the mixture with a spatula and blend for another 10 seconds.
