Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs, size L
  • 80 g dried meat
  • 2 small onions or 4 shallots
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch, 15 g each
  • 1 tbsp instant vegetable broth, for 1/2 liter
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Seasoning mix, e.g. from Maggi
  • n. B. Salt, or according to the seasoning of the dried meat
  • n. B. Chives, if available

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the jerked beef in a pan. Add the onions and sauté until translucent. Blend all other ingredients in a blender, then add to the jerked beef and onions, stirring constantly. Season to taste and garnish with chives, if using.
